2. Create a plan for getting off the Burnout Treadmill
Knowledge of your work-related burnout causes is only half the battle. With your assessment in hand, we will work together to:
Identify the personality traits driving burnout behaviors,
Prioritize the work-related factors that are most important to address first
Create bite-sized goals to stave off overwhelm while helping you make progress
