According to Forbes Magazine's February 2021 edition, "60 % of leaders feel used up at the end of the day,which is a strong indicator of burnout." Combine that with a general sentiment by leaders that it's lonely at the top and that means that many of these leaders are dealing with this sense of burnout all by themselves. What if that were different? What if you could connect with a small group of like minded leaders who are committed to not allowing burnout to continue to leave them feeling drained, unfocused and doubting their confidence. During this 9 week mastermind leadership cohort, you will : -Learn proven strategies to give you back your focus, peak performance, and feeling of peace and well-being while also improving your work and life relationships. What will you receive during the program? - An individual burnout inventory and a work-life burnout inventory to your level of burnout and determine which area of your work life needs to be addressed to reduce or eliminate your feelings of burnout. - 9 week- one hour weekly sessions in a cohort of no more than 5 other leaders . These sessions are designed to build your capacity to respond positively to life's challenges. - In addition to the weekly cohort mastermind sessions, you will receive 6 weekly self paced learning delivered once a week and daily reinforcement of the weeks focused principles to help you become more focused and less overwhelmed. - During weeks 7-9 you will learn and put into practices targeted strategies for working more effectively with your team - Learn how to identify the signs of burnout in team members and how to have more effective conversations with your team about burnout. - In addition, you will receive 2 - one hour one-on-one leadership coaching sessions during the 9 weeks. This will help you with your specific leadership challenges. - Additional coaching sessions are possible by purchasing individual leadership coaching packages.
