What to expect in leadership group coaching?

  1. Individual Saboteur Assessments

Saboteurs are the voices in your head that generate negative emotions in the way you handle life’s everyday challenges. They represent automated patterns in your mind for how to think, feel, and respond. They cause all of your stress, anxiety, self-doubt, frustration, restlessness, and unhappiness. They sabotage your performance, well-being, and relationships. Knowing how you are self-sabotaging yourself gives you clarity on what needs to change to stop the self-sabotage. 2. 7-Week of intensive Positive Intelligence Mental Fitness Bootcamp®

Build your burnout resistance mental fitness muscles so that you can break the cycle of self-sabotage and reduce your stress.This mental fitness boot camp gives you the ability to tackle the work-related factors impacting your burnout from a clearer, laser-focused confident mindset.


3. Understand the work-related causes of your burnout

You gain useful insights on the likely work-related causes of your burnout through the Mashlach Individual burnout inventory (MBI), and work-life burnout inventory (AWS) to assess your level of burnout.  These researched based assessments help you determine which area of your work-life needs to be addressed to reduce or eliminate your feelings of burnout. The combined MBI + AWS Toolkit will measure both the extent and likely cause of burnout.


4. Bringing it all together with 6-Month Leadership Coaching

  • 2 - one - hour coaching sessions a month – Total of 12 one-to-one individual coaching sessions.

  • Review of the individualized MBI and AWS assessments to help you identify key focus areas for coaching as well as other coaching goals.

  • Meet via phone or Zoom

  • 6 months of customizable access to additional PQ app-related mental fitness content beyond the 7-week program.

  • Create an individualized action plan for meeting your coaching goals

  • Consistent email feedback and review between sessions

  • As-needed check-ins; or quick coaching before important milestones (via phone or video conference, whatever is most useful)
